I needed to have my apartment packed up and moved to my new house. SERVPRO of Kingwood/Humble was so helpful with this process.

Everything was boxed up and large furniture broken down in record time. Then moved to the new location and unpacked and furniture reassembled.

They made the process so smooth and easy. If I move again, I'll definitely give them another call.

I want to say that Kevin Wilkes, Crew Chief with SERVPRO was amazing in response to our flooding from an overflow of water coming from our A/C through a sink upstairs through to our dining room downstairs. He provided prompt, professional assessments and quickly moved to remove wet debris, Sheetrock, wood and carpet all while thoroughly explaining it step by step to me. He was reassuring at a time when I needed that most. He and Augustine quickly set up the proper equipment and did thorough anti- microbial service to prevent further damage. In review, he let me know what to expect going forward and followed up for 3 days!! I highly recommend Kevin and SERVPRO to everyone including our church family at New Covenant Church, Humble, TX who has also experienced great service from SERVPRO. While there may be many choices in companies in these services, Fire and Water, Cleanup and Restoration, I can assure you that no other company compares in being honest, straightforward and professional ! Our service techs came out today (Kevin & Kevin) & I can honestly say I'm happy with the service! I do not do google reviews or really any reviews for that matter. But I felt this one was well deserved. My wife and I were already in a bad mood and feeling down since our AC was having issues and causing leaks through our ceilings. But these guys came out and their positive attitude and professionalism really made light of our situation. Their swift work made it seem like our situation isn't so bad and will be fixed in no time. I would highly recommend & you would be even more lucky to get these two fellas.

I came back from vacation to a terrible smell in my home. I couldn’t figure out what it was but no matter what I did, I couldn’t get it to go away. I called SERVPRO to see if they could come out and scope my house. They arrived within an hour and were able to inform me of a debris build up throughout my home. Great customer service… and the icing on the cake is they did a phenomenal job on my house, the smell is completely gone!
